All repair services include a 6-month warranty on workmanship.

Replacement parts are covered by a 12-month warranty.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid invoice or receipt.

2.3 Service Process

Diagnostics and repair services will follow brand-recommended procedures.

Clients will receive regular updates on service progress through WhatsApp or email.

Pickup and drop services are available free of charge within Bangalore and Mysore.

2.4 Data Security

ARCS Infotech ensures the confidentiality and security of client data during repair processes.

Customers may request the removal and return of hard drives or opt for password protection of personal folders.

2.5 Pricing and Payments

Transparent pricing with detailed communication will be provided before commencing any repair or maintenance.

AMC plans are offered at budget-friendly rates and must be renewed annually.

2.6 Response Time

Onsite service requests will be addressed within 6 hours.

3. Disclaimer

3.1 Limitations of Liability

ARCS Infotech is not responsible for pre-existing hardware or software issues unrelated to the services provided.

Loss of data due to customer negligence or hardware failure is not covered under warranty.

3.2 Genuine Parts and Warranty Limitations

ARCS Infotech uses only 100% genuine spare parts sourced directly from brand manufacturers.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized tampering after service completion.

3.3 Exclusions

Services do not include software installation unless explicitly agreed upon.
